Multifamily Investment Management

Mr. Gomes joined PRG in 2013. Mr. Gomes has more than 10 years of industry experience. He started his career working in investment sales with the Honolulu office of CBRE. While at PRG, his responsibilities have run the gamut of the investment process: from sourcing investment opportunities and capital raising to investor relations. Additionally, Mr. Gomes was integral in the conception of a programmatic investment strategy based on empirical quantitative research. During his tenure, he has directed the acquisition, financing, and disposition of US multifamily communities with an aggregate value in excess of $500 million. Mr. Gomes attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he received a BS in Economics with concentrations in Real Estate and Retailing. Mr. Gomes is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) Board of Directors.

Mr. Foster began his career with PRG in 2004. From 2004 to 2007, he served in various on-site management capacities throughout the portfolio. With this on-site experience, Mr. Foster was able to develop a deep understanding of the fundamentals of leasing, property maintenance, and team building. In 2007, Mr. Foster was brought to Philadelphia to focus on acquisition opportunities and company expansion. Today, he leads all PRG affiliated companies inclusive of PRG Capital Management, LLC and its associated funds. Mr. Foster received his BS in Mathematics from the College of William and Mary and later, an MBA in Finance at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) Board of Directors and is a member of the Temple University’s Real Estate Finance Advisory Board.
