Mr. Sam Foster, Chief Executive Officer, began his career with PRG in 2004. In his first years at the firm, he served in various onsite property management capacities gaining invaluable experience running the day-to-day operations of multifamily communities. In 2007 Mr. Foster was brought to Philadelphia to focus on acquisition opportunities, overall company expansion, and optimizing property operations. In 2013, he was elevated to his current position of Chief Executive Officer of PRG Real Estate. During his tenure, he has been directly responsible for the acquisition, development, and financing of well over $2.0 billion of multifamily communities throughout the United States. Mr. Foster also serves as CEO and Managing Director of PRG Capital Management, PRG’s in-house real estate fund management company. Mr. Foster received his BS in Mathematics from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

Kathleen Betz is Chief Operating Officer at PRG Real Estate, responsible for strategic operations of the company’s 10,000+ units across 40 communities. Kathleen oversees all property management operations, marketing, training, asset, and construction management for the company’s growing portfolio. She and her team are focused on maximizing performance, delivering value, and creating a great place to live and work. Prior to joining the PRG team in 2016, Kathleen worked for Liberty Property Trust in the Acquisitions group where she was responsible for acquisition and disposition activity for Liberty’s office and industrial portfolio, as well as financing and development activity. Kathleen also previously worked at PRG, during which time she was responsible for a variety of capacities including asset management, investor reporting, and revenue management.
Kathleen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Dickinson College as well as a Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Director Of Acquisitions -- PRG Real Estate
Rob Connolly is the Director of Acquisitions at PRG Real Estate. He is responsible for sourcing, identifying, and underwriting opportunistic multifamily investments in the company’s target markets across the United States. Rob is focused on sustainable growth and driven by maximizing investor returns while being conscious of the industry’s ever-changing climate.
Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Connolly spent four years with The RADCO Companies based out of Atlanta, GA. He was responsible for researching and identifying target markets, sourcing investment opportunities, and evaluating exit strategies within their current portfolio. Mr. Connolly later assumed asset management responsibilities for a 4,000-unit portfolio, creating value through operational efficiencies. He assisted in the Acquisition and Disposition of multifamily assets with a collective value in excess of $300 million during his tenure. Before starting his professional career, Mr. Connolly attended Florida State University, where he graduated with a double major in Real Estate and Finance. Mr. Connolly is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council's (NMHC) Emerging Leaders. Rob is a traveling enthusiast, and, as a Florida native, he enjoys spending his free time on the water, golfing, or anything that keeps him outside.
